NHB Recruitment Solutions are currently working in partnership with a growing tech firm based in Cambridgeshire. They have a requirement for an HR Director to lead this function within the organisation.
You will be a strategic thinking, energetic and excellent leader. The role requires a candidate to develop integral HR processes and procedures, work with the board and senior management team to develop HR strategies and develop the company culture/policies moving forward.
Development and maintaining on-boarding processes for new starters, develop a program for Leadership and Development skills, organisation selection and development of HR software tools (see below), managing remuneration across the group including payroll processes, maintaining employee benefits and salary adjustments and reviews, managing compliance and risk in relation to employee relations, managing compliance and assistance for non-UK employees in terms of Visa and right to work in the UK, management of Employee Stock Option scheme, Ad-hoc projects for Office of CEO, Liaising with external advisors including legal, benefits and external accountants, managing the HR team and liaising with the Finance and Administration team.
You will have experience of leading an HR function, ideally be CIPD qualified and be 3-5 years PQE.
